1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of subscription purchase. After the 7-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at oneoautomation@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the refund.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

One-time setup fees, custom development charges, and partially used subscription periods beyond the trial window are non-refundable.
